Dreddy is a great contributor to these boards - he went to the AGM on our behalf and asked some great questions, and posted management's responses for our benefit, which he didnt have to do.
we are all aligned here that DGL is under great leadership, has been sold off very harshly, and looks very good value at these prices.
I agree that a 'partial takeover' is not common at all, and any buyer of DGL would solely be speaking to Simon - even a 19.9% stake is useless here (harmful even, given it would impede liquidity) and I dont see Simon breaking off a chunk of his stake and selling. It would be all or nothing for him.
I like a bit of constructive debate but let's stay encouraging here and appreciate the inputs of all!
