Your statement make no sense
“Without a clear pathway to being able to get the downstream up and running i don't think they will get the gov debt facility approved. As stated the only way they get finance for the PSG plant will be massive shareholder dilution.”

If the PSG plant is to be built it WILL be with government finance. How can it be built without a clear pathway? It can’t so no dilution.

The PSG plant will be expensive and does need prices to rise a little. But mining flake is not so expensive and it could fill the coppers while the they wait to either build or complete the PSG plant.

I just can’t work out why they don’t start mining now, they don’t need to commit to both now. Having a running mine will help negotiations on offtakes for PSG.
