A market has to have a starting point for an index (ex-China). Looks like we may keep going around in circles until one gets established?
How do you start one if there is no market? Something has to give.
At least as something to reference to form an agreement with an off-take partner similar to what some of the lithium companies have done. Maybe it will only happen through demand side desperation?
I wonder how stubborn DC is being in negotiations.
He did say ages ago, conditions have to be more favourable. He has stuck to that.
