How do you start one if there is no market? Something has to give.
At least as something to reference to form an agreement with an off-take partner similar to what some of the lithium companies have done. Maybe it will only happen through demand side desperation?
I wonder how stubborn DC is being in negotiations.
He did say ages ago, conditions have to be more favourable. He has stuck to that.
