    Makes you wonder what games are being played here, where is the 8mil buyer at 0.025 gone after he got hit for 1.6 mil shares? He has a chance to get a few mil at 0.026 if he was serious about it. I think he just tried to drop the price here and as I suggested, the moment that he got hit he retracted his buy order.
