Thanks,Beatsme. I think a cheap t/o by major shareholders who now own a majority of stock,is well on the cards.Cynical as I am,if and when that happens,watch the marketing of the product then! I'm surprised that savvy market people haven't picked up on that yet.In my view, what might happen is that the principals will gradually build up their holdings to 90%+ and then proceed with a complete t/o at their offer price. I hope I'm completely wrong and that one of these interminable 'discussions,' will eventually result in a 'game changing'
arrangement with a major player. As with so many companies, communications between BODs and retail shareholders has been not what I'd expect.What's happening with the Port of Savannah?NY?Edenplast?The secretive deal worth 48million US-at the time I thought it was more of a Clayton's deal.You know,the deal you have when you haven't got a deal?. Lack of straight communications on all of the above has created a climate of mistrust and suspicion, in my view. Which is a shame.It's been a long journey sustained by faith in the products and their eventual successful acceptance by the market.I scratch my head about it all.I was hoping and still do,that India EDE
will thrive and generate good dividends which'd serve as a backstop until real ,solid progress was made elsewhere
