the two year lic agreement ended recently. i expect to keep collaborating something legal needs to be in place. maybe this is ehat we are seeing.
in terms of overplaying fuji deal, maybe management decided to do this to lift the sp, unfortuneatley unsuccessfully.
maybe they now realising the cost of this is that tactically in fuji negotiations this being treated as a dependency on a positive outcome which they now correcting by going completely quiet.
ie maybe greg is right, more to come, cards being placed close.
very deliberatley lots of maybes here.
for me i have always trusted bct strategic plays. cashing in on high sp to raise capital was astute (yes in hindsight sux for those who bought in). labcon a f* up, but they still didnt walk away. development of direct channel operations as a credible alt path to market for negotiations such as fuji.
therefore willing to back the maybes in the above.
