The reason the had 2 raises was that the first did not net much so they needed a second. When you are raising at such low price it is a tripplekick in the nuts. You net stuff all, cause dilution and erode confidence. The alternative is not good. Shut up shop or sell at fire sale prices. They will need another CR, hope sales have continued to grow at their current rate to stir some interest. Im sure it weighs as heavily on the boards mind as it does on mine.
