The Scoping Study makes reference to this on page 16 - I'd imagine that EIA/SIA would be part of the PFS/DFS going forward and besides it states that the Lake Hope project will have a very low environmental footprint!
I'm sure the good Doctor has done his homework on all facets involved in the mining project permitting process and would be liaising with State and federal government departments in the event of being granted a mining license.
