I’ve been wondering at the hinting at an easy Enviro approval process … it’s a salt lake with a clay base, where water naturally pools. Salt lakes after a rain event bring birds and animals from everywhere, they recharge aquifers … water, especially in the semi arid rangelands, is essential to all enviro processes surely it would be a little involved?
