Thanks for sharing but I don't share your conclusion.
We / IMU can't have OnCAR without Vaxinia (CF33).
CF33 is at the core of IMU's future in my view.
I think IMU will be looking to license CF33 to BP for $$$ but never sell it unless a BP acquires IMU fully.
Have a listen to this video from the 3:40 minute mark. Paul Woodard sums up IMU's value going forward in a few easy to understand words.
Exciting times ahead. 2024 is going to be a huge year.
