We don't know the state of discussions. Only that Leslie has said we are in discussions. She has also inferred IMU being in control is a must.
Discussions at this stage would be likely informal so not considered an event that requires mandatory reporting, or if slightly advanced on that at he commercial in confidence stage.
We can only guess. Whether it is a joint venture/partnership type arrangement.
An offer for rights to 1 or more IP but at too low a value to represent shareholder value or just outright dollar amounts for an up front payment, progress payments and royalty payments into the future.
Results to date point to us having a couple of fantastic products, I'd like them not to be sold off to cheaply either.
