Hopper has previously said the SOI doesn’t affect the ability to raise capital so there no reason to do a consolidation. It only gets mentioned on here because for some reason people obsess over it and I think they get confused with free float. I vaguely remember Slick mentioning it has an impact on traders but I can’t remember what was better lots of SOI or less SOI but the company is hardly going to do a consolidation for the traders, so however you look at it, it’s not an issue for those invested in the company’s long term prospects.
