Shandong Gold like most Chinese companies are not very generous to employees.
Anyone who dealt with Chinese companies may have seen that they treat them like... employees (slaves to deliver results)
As long as they do deliver results...all good.
The Chinese have a lot on stake and are going to make sure they monetise their investment.
They were have patient for 10+ years and the next 3 years are going to finally pay off.
