A couple of things I liked about the 2023 year presentation* and my gaining confidence in the company given tough economy. *(AGM 27/5/2024)
- The presentation was professional, as one would expect but many companies are not according to many HC posters.!
- The company is starting a shareholder / interested party communication which is deemed not material of an ASX announcement, eg a new client.... Good, again how many negative HC posters complain about management and boards who are not open.-Great.
-They are maintaining quarterly dividends up 1c to 11cents. This shows confidence and reflects directors considering shareholders.
I have recently added to my holding.
IMHO.. While last quarters results were dealt with by the market, I believe we are in a good place as mentioned previously re: AI related sales, and a company that feeds an increasingly tech hungry world. I believe this fact means we will benefit from "necessity" verses "discretionary" expenditure (business' in particular) in these tough times.
