The unfortunate reality - Miles is completely aligned with GW. Geoff enabled this thing and got it listed. These introductions obviously dont come cheap. The strategy needs to be capital constrained to remain nimble. However GVF and even more so the management company are not exactly low cost as they operate a fairly labor intensive model, hence need FUM to remain viable. Especially when a quarter of your management AND performance fees go to none other but Monsieur Wilson himself.
There will be a capital raise, maybe even two, this is just the reality.
