I expect the Diverger acquisition will take a lot more time to bed down and is likely to have a few hiccups.
That said, a lot of the CUP dead wood has been written off by the current CEO and the path to increased profitability is clearer now than it has been for a long time.
As a very long term CUP holder, I am not convinced your new involuntarily investment will be as trouble free as DVR, but we can always hope.
