1. I can't see any new information here. Everything presented I'm pretty sure we knew already.
2. Of course they are disappointing figures. Its baked in.. hence my bearishness..
3. All this talk of endless demand... yet always glossing over the fact that they have a negative return on capital... huge red flag for me.
4. Why own NXT, with no divie, and hugely overpriced compared to peers, when you could own DGT (new Digico REIT) with a 4% yield, and better than half the EV/EBITDA multiple?
