And their goal is to raise further non-diluting debt finance for the bulk of the remainder (NAÏF?). Sure some equity will still need to be issued for operating costs but I reckon if offtakers and debt financing comes to fruition then the reductions in valuation seen in the last Shaws ($0.52) and East Coast ($0.41-$0.49) research may be revised upwards. H
