It's all become a bit sad really.
Seems 2 camps... which is.... well...what it is....are firmly embedded here now.... the "cheer squad"... and the 'distressed' ....?

On being distressed.... this is where the mugs game comes into play.... this is where for whatever reason the ordinary mug punter gets conned or shafted out of their 'investment'.... usually brought on by financial distress.

There are Co's in US that specialise in buying 'distressed' houses.... then renting them back to the old owner... WTF.

Seriously many of us have been there... but if you had the chance to sell at 15c... like me... don't blame management.

Rule 101 of investing.... don't 'invest' more than you can afford to lose.

There's a lot of sh#t going on 'out there' and it's hard for some to think beyond tomorrow under pressure.
Is the market 'always right'.... IMO... no.... is the customer always right... definitely not.... that's all BS.

Seems to me those "cheer squad" members... maybe like me.... aren't so 'distressed'.
Maybe that's what allows SH's like me to see things differently.

I can wait till mining starts...if I must.... and cash flow begins.
I can see all the potential that is there.... and what lies ahead.

Time can be an investors best friend.... not just my just my opinion.

Like others I could have sold at 15c... maybe should have.... I'm in the the red... like many others... i deal with it.
1.2c sucks.... but it is what it is.... again... is the market always right.... I think not.
There are no end of examples that say so.... DRE will have it's day.... again.

Fundamentally nothing has changed... the discoveries.... are still discoveries.
All the good potential prospects.... the very ones some are crying out for a fire sale of... are still there.

Times are very tough... DRE and this forum.... are no different.
Now this is by no means advise... but there are times.... and now is one of them.... when one should hang onto a good thing.... (why did you buy in)...or the ppl associated with that good thing...( proven success) and if you have both those things together... in what we'll call.... somewhat difficult times/circumstances.... we've got half a chance.
