Baron - I agree that refinancing is looking less likely in my opinion now, however do you think that their contracting of 1/3 of total production to Commerial/Industrial users is not a tangible step towards transitioning their business?
I must also mention that there time frame for new project by years end was quietly rephrased to "years end or early in the new year". Can't blame them for treading carefully and taking careful time and consideration but due to the hype back around the time of the CR.. its not surprise shareholders are becoming restless
