I'm with you @wealthysailor , the money is no longer there in long term PPAs especially if you're referencing announced deals to Origin etc at ~$55/MWh bundled. If you can sign a commercial and industrial customer at $80-$100 power + $60-$90 per LGC over a few years you still have certainty for investors from a reasonable (middle) length deal + a much higher total $/MWh return. The new approach has been talked about for some time, good to see they've followed through with it.
