No refi until at least end 1QCY17. Mr Market won't like that. While the Global Facility is being repaid hard from current cashflows, it is expensive money and IFN's ability to properly manage its balance sheet is limited.
I recall various capacity figures attached to Cherry Tree in the range 50-110Mw. Today's is 55Mw. This suggests overtures to the Vic government to allow larger more efficient turbines than planned and permitted have been rejected.
Forsayth needs more planning and coordination work with the Qld government. Much depends on the Qld election now underway.
