One point they made was that existing GF debt would come down to 550m to 560m by end of FY18.
I don't personally see need to rush a refinancing, but the market seems to want it. Hopefully it'll happen by 31 March 2018 but only if it's for the right reasons (i.e. it'll be cheaper and less onerous than current debt and justify the break costs of current debt).
