My previous estimates which I have been sharing for months had an allowance for additional dilution of about 9,000,000 shares over and above the fully-diluted share issue.
This raise if fully-subscribed will use up all of that buffer.
I think what has been established with the proposed plans will increase the probability of a transaction.
The upside is far greater than than it was prior to the strategy update (more than offsets the dilution).
