Thank you for pointing out my incorrect statement regarding patients B2 and B6 with liver involvement.
They did have in fact a D28 CR Best Reponse.
Considering A4 received the lower dose (2x 1 million cells per kg bodyweight) and not showing any response by D28, yet a CR by D100 makes it even more impressive.
Cohort B data did suggest a faster reponse overall, which may just make CYP-001 a very promising therapy for otherwise difficult to treat aGvHD with liver involvement.
