Makes as much sense as any other explanation Stumpy. I was looking at the "drooling, development, pipeline and facilities" part and thinking what facilities are they talking about? Haven't seen facilities mentioned before. A comma after pipeline and we could be interpreting it as 'debt' facilities. $25m over 3 years @ 10% ish = $5M?? smashed my financial calculator over the corner of a desk a decade ago.
