So if they knew this figure first thing Tuesday Ozzy time. They new it daytime USA Monday?.... as talos is the operator, so latest Monday but probably over the weekend?
Which means they knew the project still had projected costs? as Otto stated. which means they already knew it wasn't complete?, which means they knew the Flowrates? ..
Why wait till today to announce that? Aren't they supposed to continuously disclose?
Mr Utsler, explain it to me like I'm two years old, as something doesn't add up here?
