I understand better now... (slow on the uptake... sorry about that, ;-))
I didn't realize that jelchertjr's post was pointing out that Prana was NOT excluded from the ASX300 as part of the latest rebalance announced in September - which, if they had been, might have explained why they made the recent proposal of a 10% shelf.
But since they were NOT excluded, it does look like they needed a prompt from a shareholder to realize their mistake, and from that, the subsequent rescinding of that proposal as part of what was to be voted on at the AGM.
