I do continue to be confused though, and could still use some help. (I know, I've been confused a lot today, ;-).)
justcurious also said the following, and in light of what justcurious said, I could use some help in better understanding resolution #3... in ratifying an earlier share issuance, with which money had earlier been raised, how does this resolution help Prana to raise more money in the future?... and why exactly are they coming once again to the shareholders about shares that have already been issued and already used to raise funds? (Thanks for any guidance anybody can share.)
