    No, I have not seen this MOU, much like yourself, unless you want to advise that you have and can provide a copy of it. Having said that I have formulated hundreds of MOU's both in Australia and overseas in developed and developing nations.

    Keep in mind the MOU for the power station is separate to the MOU that has been discussed in reference to the mining licence and development of the mine.
