I find it hard to believe that the takeover is over.
The defenses now are quite weak. If they make another capital raise as a poison pill and these prices, then the BOD will raise a SH revolt.
Better that the BOD presents in a ST the new product to all the SH. We are a group of tired individuals and there is has been too much nonsense in the last 12 years.
