Unfortunately it makes no realistic difference at this stage. It is a first strike on the remuneration report. Only a 2nd strike can force directors to step down and a re-election occur. As for the 10% additional shares, the marketcap is so low now (under $2mill) that a 10% issue would only raise less than $200K anyway. It's a protest vote and that's really as far as it goes atm. Hopefully a wake up call.
