I've been watching CTO for 20 years...it just keeps going down.
My question to holders is WHY are you to continuing to re-vote in Lynch's salary pack?

This is a gold spec/borderline shell...even ballsy spec MDs only ask for 250k a year.
He's on 600k a year!! (He makes $2,300 a DAY!!)
Even bank execs are only on 500k
-Plus, you guys have debt.
It wouldn't be that hard to get to 25% for first strike or...
249D him, to get him out.
You have the gold...the only problem is your MD...he's milking the crap out of you guys.
Me and other investors won't touch CTO because of him.
One of you is going to need to stand up.
Talk to each other, exchange emails, meet -up.
You ONLY need 5% to get the 249D.
From there you can get in touch will ALL holders...who I'd assume feel the same way?
Otherwise gold will be at 4k and CTO will be at .001
