Looks like only 20% of eligible voters bothered to vote for the 3 resolutions, pretty much the norm, I suspect collipop was the primary vote against resolutions 1 & 2 as he could not attend the meeting as he had to fly back to work. A missed opportunity to grill the board on their inertia with gold.
I don't suppose anyone on HC was able to attend the meeting and ask any questions of the board?
