    How many investors believe that the voting result is "a strong vote of confidence of both the Board and itsclear and considered strategy"? This is another example of this board's characteristics that not being able to face the truth, or it is its strong tendence to twist the truth.

    Hopefully, AVZ could deliver good result next year, but it would be super native to trust this board again in the future.
