Unfortunately DRC is not Tanzania. I am not sure if they can benefit AVZ much in our situation imo.
People we need are those fluent in French (reading and comprehension)
A preference to be of DRC descent. People that really understand the nuances of DRC.

OK. I've just swapped 'Mali' for 'DRC' in you previous post....
Two things come to mind:
First, if these two ladies were originally from DRC, this could present some problems - they could be somehow linked to the current / past DRC's rulling class / establishment and we don't want that for obvious reasons.
If they were young-ish, than maybe they would be less likely to have strong and deeply rooted links to the DRC rulling class / establishment.
But, they are not that young and have had long successful carriers so they would have been strongly associated with the rulling class / establishment.
Second point, being of other than DRC descent, but still African, should not be a big issue - they would still know how to successfully 'navigate' through the DRC beaurocracy. I know Africa is not uniform in many regards - The Ivory Coast and South Africa are, for example, less corrupt and more business friendly than the DRC.
