So Resolution 1 was not passed as a vote against of more than 25% is a first strike. A second strike at next year's AGM will result in the Board having to spill and need to hold an EGM for them to be re-elected. This leaves the door open now for the same antics to occur again by detractors. I don't support the remuneration, but this is the likely scenario regardless of what happens in the next 12 months.
