For years..... empty KPI's with shareholder dilution has always been an issue, due to the Sunshine n Lollipop brigade smothering this issue out with the white noise of backslaps.

The Board, in my view, needed this wake up... Yesterday they got it.

If, behind closed doors, they can't get the Top 20 on board, then I'd question previous decisions around not taking advantage during capital raises to take up MORE - strong "retail" investors.
