The results of the AGM speak for themselves. AVZ has secured the Board appointees they wanted and the rest represented by Fat Tails and others have lost out.

This distraction leading up to the AGM is now behind them and AVZ can now get on with what is required, there is no doubt that the lawsuits are taking up time and energy. But that is just what it is. Having to go through the processes of this.

I stand by the board and wish them the best as they go down this windy road. In my opinion, great outcome from the AGM.
