Yes, like i said i don't agree with it, but it is the apparent psychology behind it, people are not rational and especially when it comes to investing, which only perpetuates the problem because the smarter people exploit this and it goes on and on at so many levels of finance and investing. Nevertheless, as for the amount of votes against and the EGM/AGM in my view this would be close to the percentage who are left as long time investors who have lost money (emotive). The remaining votes/investors would be new and or constituents of the new structure.

It will take a while for this company to turn itself around - it now has a SHIP load of new shares it can re issue to raise capital more and a lot of capital again because of the constitutional change.

The fact is, it is now a 3c stock with 450m shares on issue, it has prospective tenements in various commodities with the prospect of 3rd party cash flow. The only thing it hasn't got is good enough management in my opinion, but it is certainly in a much better position than 6months ago
