ASIC have taken a lot of information, and assure us they are taking things seriously, probably in part due to the amount of people who have apparently been in touch with them.
We are still gathering evidence and pursuing other avenues, including one in the investigative media.
There are people within the industry on the ground in the relevant countries keeping an eye on things as they develop.
Sentient are not at all comfortable with things from what we understand, not happy with any exposure which reflects badly on them, and very reluctant to talk about what happened, and keen to distance themselves from PT.
Give them a call, ask them a few pertinent questions, it all helps.
