Yep theyve been doing the same thing for about 4 or 5 years now. Plenty of warnings and information regarding it over the threads, but apparently everyone thinks they're smarter than the guys that have been here longer and been burnt harder.

We can't vote against them, we tried it a couple of years ago so CMY went and issues a bucket load of shares to there partners, there is 0 chance that we have a majority vote now
