The share registry was stacked in the boards favor a while ago with a mystery consortium of "investors" whom we do not know the identity off, and whom never ever seem to vote against the board no matter how badly this stock performs.

If i were one of those mystery investors i would want to get my money back by contracting services to CMY. That would cover my future losses.

All that hard work that this company did looking for pies in the sky, would have been impossible to do that all on their own. Surely they needed contractors to help with the heavy lifting.
