i agree, unless it’s big off market buy back, buying on market offers little value as the buying is so slow it is rarely truly impactful
Tomorrows AGM is I think simply a reminder on how much cash they are generating and the forward level of expected EBITDA and operational cash flow Will plus some commentary an capital management going forward. We may get an update on the flow rates of the 2 recently completed wells, and if not directly we can probably deduce the rate from the overall Beibu production. Also an update on phase 2 w12-8e wells as the first well will be nearing completion
it may provide the reminder and catalyst to push this to the level it should be which in my view is around 15-16
