I think that's a bit simplistic. 9 month refurb time for 3MH which will commence once the PFS is in and financing is attained. Potentially a bit of a slip, but sounded like the financing for Coolgardie is anticipated this year - despite the presentation showing Laverton finance as H1 2021. Talking to multiple banks and keeping equity open as an option.
