Let us assume the current board is comprised of honorable men. So... from that starting point it is impossible that they would have done anything what so ever that is dishonest..... which means that your analysis about the proposed issuing of options prior to a potential acquisition can have only one possible explanation. GTT Ventures were introduced to a proposal for a major, company changing acquisition and have alerted the market with a price sensitive announcement that SOC is seeking exclusivity and will inform share holders when that is achieved .... and yes ... all within 2 weeks. WOW ... no wonder Humbuggy is impressed.

Let's not think these fine directors are rash either. No ... not only are they honest but they are brilliant as well.

Although ... they did blunder away a $90,500 gift from the NSW government last month. Ahhh ... no... there's probably an explanation for that. Although ... they have been running the company for about 9 months now and no drilling has been done. Ahhh .... no.. that can probably be explained too. Although ... they did say there was a joint venture being negotiated for Mt Adrah and nothing has happened. Ahhh no... that can't be right... these are honorable geniuses ... I am sure the explanation will be forthcoming in their very next announcement.
