Let us assume the current board is comprised of honorable men. So... from that starting point it is impossible that they would have done anything what so ever that is dishonest..... which means that your analysis about the proposed issuing of options prior to a potential acquisition can have only one possible explanation. GTT Ventures were introduced to a proposal for a major, company changing acquisition and have alerted the market with a price sensitive announcement that SOC is seeking exclusivity and will inform share holders when that is achieved .... and yes ... all within 2 weeks. WOW ... no wonder Humbuggy is impressed.

Although ... they have been running the company for about 9 months now and no drilling has been done. Ahhh .... no.. that can probably be explained too. Although ... they did say there was a joint venture being negotiated for Mt Adrah and nothing has happened. Ahhh no... that can't be right... these are honorable geniuses ...
