Believe it or not, outside of hotcopper forums, people have the ability to approach a scenario with maturity, we all want what's best for business and to make a dollar.
Putting a man with no experience of running a publicly listed company as the sole director, is suicide. Give him a voice with the ability to make things come to fruition and let him represent a large group of shareholders is a better option.
