- I stated the dilution was completely unnecessary given the R&D rebate

- The placement to friendlies to increase control was questionable

- The options and incentive package proposed by GTT is grossly generous

- GTT proposed the options on 28 April and some 2 weeks later were able to update the market on a potential lithium acquisition. When did they get knowledge of the asset, as if it was before then proposing options to yourself is a no no isn't it ? And if it was after, then how is less than 2 weeks sufficient time to do DD on an asset

Rather than get intelligent responses, the GTT cheer squad simply spammed the thread with "who cares it's going up" and started new threads

Should they acquire an Li asset, it will undoubtedly run higher than 0.8c

However, had they not diluted the register 200%+ and stuck to drilling Halls Peak, the stock would likely have been exponentially higher
